This Privacy Policy explains how MB3 Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. It applies to our website, our software platform, and any text (SMS) messaging program we operate. We provide software that lets cleaning and home-service businesses manage their operations and communicate with their own customers, and we send certain messages on behalf of those businesses.
When you opt in, we send transactional and customer-care text messages (for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, "service provider on the way" and completion updates, and replies to your questions) on behalf of the business you hired. You opt in through that business's booking or registration flow, by texting the business number, or by otherwise providing express consent.
STOP at any time. To resubscribe, reply START.HELP or contact us using the details below. The only parties with whom mobile information may be shared are the service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers), strictly to the extent needed to transmit the messages you asked to receive. These providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only as needed to run the service: with the business you hired (so it can serve you), and with service providers acting on our behalf (such as hosting, messaging, and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law. As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing and are not shared with any third parties.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our public
website. It sets a first-party cookie (_ga) so that repeat visits from the same
browser are counted as one visitor rather than several, and so that we can tell how many people
who read a page go on to start a trial. We use it to measure our own website only. Google
Analytics is configured here with all advertising features switched off: we do
not send your data to Google for advertising, ad personalisation or audience building, and we
do not use Google Signals. It does not run on the signed-in application, apart from recording
that a signup was completed.
We use Sentry to be told when the application crashes, so we can fix it. Sentry receives technical error information — the error message, the location in our code, and the browser or server environment. It is configured not to collect personal information.
We use the Meta pixel to measure our advertising. Meta Platforms receives an
event when you view a page of our public website (PageView), when you read the
pricing page (ViewContent), when you open the signup form
(InitiateCheckout), and when an account is created (StartTrial).
Unlike Google Analytics above, this does hand Meta an advertising identifier —
that is what makes an ad measurable, and we would rather say so plainly than run it quietly.
It does not run on the signed-in application: the only signed-in page it touches is the signup
form itself, and it never receives the name, address, or any identifier of a customer of a
cleaning business using our platform.
We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (LGPD art. 7º, IX). You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website, including this one, by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. You may also write to contact@agendalimpa.com and we will exclude your usage from these measurements.
We keep information for as long as the business you hired keeps its account with us, and for as long as we need it to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Rather than describe this in general terms, here is what actually happens to your information on our platform:
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. That
takes effect immediately and automatically, and no further messages are sent to that number.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, write to contact@agendalimpa.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. So that you know what to expect:
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
