Agenda Limpa is a software platform operated by MB3 Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Cleaning and home-service businesses use Agenda Limpa to schedule work and keep their own customers informed. This page describes the text (SMS) messaging program we operate, what it sends, and how you control it.
This program messages customers of businesses that use Agenda Limpa — for example, the household that booked a cleaning. It also messages the staff of those businesses about their own assigned work. It is not a marketing list, and we do not send promotional or advertising messages through it.
These are the only automated message types the platform sends to customers today:
| Message | When it is sent | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Appointment reminder | The day before a scheduled cleaning | "Hi Dana! Just a reminder of your cleaning tomorrow (Jul 18). See you then!" |
| On the way | When the cleaner sets out for your address | "Hi Dana! We're on our way for your cleaning." |
| Cleaning started | When work begins at the property | "We've started the cleaning at Oak & Third." |
| Cleaning complete | When the job is finished | "Cleaning complete! Thank you, Dana." |
| Unpaid invoice reminder | Four days after an invoice is issued, if it is still open | "Hi Dana! Your invoice #1042 for $180.00 is still open. Whenever you can, take a look?" |
A business may also reply to you directly through the platform when you write to it. Messages are sent in English, Portuguese, or Spanish, matching the language the business has set for you.
You give express consent to receive these messages in one of the following ways.
This is the most common path. When you contact a cleaning business to book or ask about
service, the business asks for your mobile number and asks whether you agree to receive
appointment updates by text message. At that point the business reads you, or shows you,
the disclosure below. If you agree, the business records your consent in Agenda Limpa —
together with the date, the time, and the staff member who took it — and we send you a
one-time confirmation text that names the business and carries the
STOP and HELP instructions. If you do not reply
STOP, service messages begin with your next appointment.
Businesses on Agenda Limpa can publish a booking page where you request service yourself.
Those pages carry an SMS consent checkbox that is optional and unchecked by
default, is never a condition of submitting the form, and links to this policy's
companion documents. We record the date and time you checked it. On this path we do
not send a separate confirmation text: the STOP and
HELP instructions are in the box you check, reproduced in full below, and
service messages begin with your appointment.
Each booking page has its own address, unique to the business, so there is no single public URL for all of them. This is exactly what that control looks and reads like:

If you start the conversation by texting the business's number, we treat that as consent to
reply and to send you updates about the work you are discussing. On this path we do
not send a separate confirmation text — you wrote first, and what comes
back is a reply to your own message. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or
HELP for help.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book and receive service without agreeing to text messages. We never buy, rent, or import phone number lists, and a number is only ever enrolled by the business that serves that customer.
Frequency depends on your appointments. A single cleaning generates at most four messages (one reminder plus up to three status updates), and an open invoice generates at most one reminder. If you have no appointments, you receive no messages.
We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation, and we
will not message that number again. Opt-outs are enforced by the platform for every message type
listed above — an opt-out applies even if the business later tries to message you.
To start receiving messages again, reply START.
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details in section 10. You can
also contact the cleaning business directly.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
The only parties with whom mobile information may be shared are the service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers), strictly to the extent needed to transmit the messages you asked to receive. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service govern use of the platform.
